Collecting Money In The Name Of Another Person Who Then Dies
جمع المال باسم شخص آخر ثم وفاته
Question
One of the brothers says: I collected a sum of money from the social security [fund] in the name of another person, without his knowledge, with the intention of returning it whenever I am able. However, I was unable to return it and the person has died. What do I do with the money now?
