Does Cleansing Kids Nullify Ablution?

One of the sisters says: Honourable Shaykh Ṣāliḥ, does cleansing the kids of their needs nullify the ablution?
Official Transcript (English)
Shaykh Ṣāliḥ bn Fawzān al-Fawzān:
If she touches his private part directly, her ablution is nullified. However, if it is through a barrier, then it does not nullify her ablution. Naʿam.
