Question

He says: Everyday, I delay Ṣalāh al-ʿAṣr and al-Maghrib till the time of al-ʿIshāʾ due to work stress. Is my Ṣalāh (at this time) permissible?

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ bn Fawzān al-Fawzān: It is not permissible. This (Ṣalāh) is not permissible. It is not permissible for him to delay Ṣalāh from its (legislated) time because of work. Work does not prevent from Ṣalāh. Naʿam.
