When Is The Qunūt Said?
Question (English)
May Allāh bless you, honourable Shaykh. Is it the best regarding the supplication of Qunūt (supplication in the standing position) for it to be before the Rukūʿ (bowing position) or after it or in the Sujūd (prostration) or before the Salām?

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ bn Fawzān al-Fawzān:
The supplication of Qunūt is after the Rukūʿ. It is after the Rukūʿ. Not before it and not in any (other) time. Naʿam.
