Is Seeking Mutual Counsel Specific To Men Only?
Question (English)
Shaykh Ṣāliḥ, in the statement of Allāh, the Most High (which means): ﴾and who (conduct) their affairs by mutual consultation﴿ [ash-Shūrá:38], is this specific to the men or it encompasses the women too?

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ bn Fawzān al-Fawzān:
This is general regarding the men and women. The men seek mutual counsel regarding what is beneficial to them. And the women seek mutual counsel regarding what is beneficial to them. Naʿam.
