He says: I am married to three wives. And my first wife partnered with me in buying the land and building the house. And after that, I got married to the second and third wives. And now, my (first) wife is asking me to write all of the house in her name. Will I be oppressing the other children and wives if I write the house in her name? Putting it in mind that she completed the house afterwards with her personal money. So her share of the house is more than mine. And I have tried a lot for her to allow me to return the amount she spent and to lodge her fellow wives with her, with everyone being in a separate flat, so that watching over the children and taking care of their needs can be easy for me, however she totally rejected that. He says I desire counsel and advice from Shaykh Ṣāliḥ.
