One of the brothers says: Does (practicing) polygyny have conditions or not?

Official Transcript (English)

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ bn Fawzān al-Fawzān: That he is just between (his) wives regarding their rights. When he is just between his wives regarding their rights, there is no sin on him. ﴾Then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the captives and the slaves) that your right hands possess.﴿ [an-Nisāʾ:3]
