The first newborn in Islam [in Madinah] was Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them both). The Prophet (peace be upon him) performed Tahnik for him, supplicated for him, and blessed him. (Agreed upon).

أول مولود في الإسلام هو عبد الله بن الزُّبير -رضي الله عنهما- حنَّكه النَّبيُّ ﷺ ودعا له وبرّك عليه. (متَّفق عليه).
