نصيحة بخصوص التصوير

Image-making is the first affliction that befell mankind regarding Tawḥīd and led them to Shirk. Shayṭān spent ten generations thinking about how he can achieve his utmost goal which is to drown and plunge people into associating partners with Allāh. So the generation just before Nūḥ were afflicted with the successive death of five righteous men: Wadd, Suwāʾ, Yaghūth, Yaʿūq and Nasr. After some time, Shayṭan approached them in the form of an old man and said, “Sculpt their images.” After this generation passed away, he appeared to their children and said, “Your fathers would prostrate to them in worship.” That was his deception. Likewise, Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) cursed the image-maker and the image-maker will be the most punished person on the Day of Resurrection. He will be asked to blow life into his image but he will not be able to do so. The one who makes images should be criticized. Do not allow anyone to take your picture. Say, “I do not permit you to do so.” And repent if you have taken some pictures before. The corruption that occurred during the time of Nūḥ, it is more deserving of occurring now. The Shaykhs of the Ṣūfīs give their followers their images and say “when you are in a difficult situation, bring out this image,” so the Shaykh has taken the position of Allāh. The one who takes pictures in ḥajj should know that his ḥajj is gone. He would be stoning the Jamarāt and he would still be taking pictures. This is in addition to what afflicts the people of evil eye due to the images that they make. Some of them take the pictures of their wives in an inappropriate situation. Then, when his phone spoils, he takes it to the one who will repair it and this one sees the image. Even if you delete everything now, artificial intelligence can recover everything, especially if it's connected to ‘Shaykh’ Google, which saves a copy of every picture that's taken. They listen to us through these devices. If you speaking with someone about fish, for example, when you check your phone you would find that it will be the first thing to be suggested to you. May Allāh save us.
